Saffron gives Golden Coffee its rare floral perfume and luminous character, meeting 100% Arabica coffee in a cup conceived with Hafiz Mustafa's restraint. Beans grown at 1,600–1,700 meters in Central America and Africa are medium-roasted, then ground in traditional Foça stone mills. Milk completes the preparation, allowing saffron’s delicate aroma to rise gradually beside the coffee and leaving a refined, fragrant finish on the palate.
