Hafiz Mustafa 1864 Adds Florentia Village to Its Istanbul Addresses

On Friday, September 18, Hafiz Mustafa inaugurated its new branch in Istanbul at Florentia Village, broadening its footprint in the city of its origin.
The new location places Hafiz Mustafa inside Turkey’s first luxury designer outlet, combined with a retail park, a retail format rarely seen even across Europe. Florentia Village is located next to Istanbul Airport and has direct metro access, 220 stores, and 65,000 square meters of gross leasable area.
Developed by RDM Fingen and Kalyon Holding, Florentia Village introduces a dual-format retail model built around two main sections: Designer Park and Retail Park. The project places international designer labels, lifestyle retail, gastronomy, and leisure facilities within the same destination.
Hafiz Mustafa’s new branch will offer Turkish baklava, Turkish delight, Kadayif, milk desserts, confectionery, and traditional Ottoman specialties to local guests and international visitors.

A New Hafiz Mustafa Location Near Istanbul Airport
Florentia Village’s location is one of the project’s main commercial advantages.
Positioned next to Istanbul Airport, the development sits close to one of the world’s busiest international aviation gateways. Istanbul Airport was expected to welcome over 90 million passengers in 2025, giving the surrounding area substantial international visitor traffic.
Direct access via the new Ihsaniye metro station also connects Florentia Village to key areas across Istanbul.
Road access is supported by the North Marmara Motorway, while travel times to major city zones can remain below 30 minutes depending on traffic and departure point.
For Hafiz Mustafa 1864, the location creates direct access to Istanbul residents, domestic travelers, and international visitors using the airport corridor.

Florentia Village Introduces a New Retail Format in Turkey
Florentia Village has been developed as Turkey’s first luxury designer outlet destination linked directly with a retail park.
Its model separates the development into complementary retail areas while retaining a common destination plan.
The Designer Park centers on designer fashion and premium retail. The Retail Park addresses broader lifestyle and everyday shopping categories.
Together, the two sections account for 220 stores across 65,000 square meters of gross leasable area.
The concept is rare in European retail development and represents a new format for the Turkish market.
Florentia Village also includes several architectural zones created for different parts of the site. Key areas include the Luxury Circle, Modern Village, Gastronomy Circle, and Hotel Square.
Dining and leisure facilities support longer visitor stays and position the project as a full-day destination rather than a conventional outlet center.
Hafiz Mustafa 1864 Continues Its Istanbul Expansion
Hafiz Mustafa, founded in Istanbul in 1864, has remained closely associated with the city’s Turkish confectionery tradition for over 160 years.
Florentia Village’s opening introduces an additional Istanbul site to the company’s expanding branch network.
Following Hafiz Mustafa’s wider international vision, the new branch aims to introduce Istanbul’s historic dessert culture to a wider clientele, maintaining its traditional recipes and production values.
The company currently welcomes guests from many countries across its locations in Türkiye and international markets.
Florentia Village’s visitor profile gives Hafiz Mustafa access to a particularly broad audience due to its proximity to the airport, international retail mix, transport links, and tourism potential.

Turkish Baklava, Lokum, Kadayif, and Traditional Desserts
The new Florentia Village branch offers Hafiz Mustafa’s established product range.
Guests can find Turkish baklava made with handcrafted phyllo, Turkish delight, Kadayif, milk desserts, confectionery, and traditional Ottoman specialties.
The menu reflects the dessert categories associated with Hafiz Mustafa across generations.
Production continues according to demand and daily quality controls, with freshness remaining central to the company’s kitchen operations.
International travelers will also have the opportunity to discover Turkish confectionery during visits to Florentia Village.
The location’s proximity to Istanbul Airport adds particular importance in this respect. Visitors arriving in Istanbul or preparing to leave the city can reach the development through metro and motorway connections.

Turkish Brands Gain Access to International Visitors
Florentia Village has also positioned Turkish brands as an important part of its tenant strategy.
The development aims to place established local names alongside international premium and designer labels while giving them access to domestic shoppers and visitors arriving from abroad.
Hafiz Mustafa 1864 enters the project with a history dating back to the Ottoman period and a product range closely associated with Istanbul.
By being part of it, a Turkish gastronomy name is added to a development dedicated to fashion, retail, food, and leisure.
The branch also supports Hafiz Mustafa’s goal of introducing Istanbul’s culinary heritage to international audiences through locations with high visitor traffic.

Florentia Village Becomes Hafiz Mustafa’s New Istanbul Address
The September 18 opening officially added Florentia Village to Hafiz Mustafa 1864’s Istanbul branch network.
Its 220-store capacity, 65,000-square-meter retail area, proximity to the airport, metro connection, motorway access, and dual Designer Park–Retail Park model make Florentia Village one of Istanbul’s major new retail developments.
At the new location, Hafiz Mustafa will welcome local and international guests with Turkish baklava, lokum, Kadayif, milk desserts, confectionery, and traditional Ottoman specialties.
Founded in Istanbul in 1864, Hafiz Mustafa 1864 continues its expansion with a new branch located inside one of Turkey’s largest new retail projects.
